My Design Methods
Once I have conducted User Research and used Design Strategy methods to develop the design direction, I use the following core skills to bring a product to life:
Design Systems
During my career I have worked with and contributed towards a range of different design systems across many different organisations.
Design systems I've used and worked with include BBC GEL, Aviva Framework, GOV.UK design system, Guardian Digital Design Style Guide, NHS Digital design system and ATG Tickets.

I have also created some design systems from scratch, including christies.com working at ustwo, and Southwark Council - using the GOV.UK website as the base framework for the creation of it.

Prototyping
I am experienced using a number of different software platforms including Figma, Axure, Proto.io, Flinto & Justinmind. I use these to create complex prototypes and interactions.

Storytelling
Storytelling is core to my process when creating design strategies and communicating these to stakeholders. I also create journey maps, content strategy and information architecture when working on designs. I believe that good design involves creating a narrative/story around an understanding of how users comprehend things.

UX & Service Design Case Studies
